Metal Beam Crash Barrier
Our Metal Crash Barrier offerings include both W-Beam and Thrie Beam configurations, available in single-side or double-side Guard Rail designs. These robust barriers are crafted from 3 mm (customizable) cold-rolled sections, boasting a minimum yield strength of 2400 kg/sqcm. They feature a width of 312/510 mm and corrugation depth of 83 mm, ensuring durability and safety.
We are poised to become one of North India’s largest manufacturing units for “Metal Beam Crash Barriers (Guard Rails).” Our commitment to excellence is evident in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, bolstered by comprehensive testing capabilities for “Metal Beam Crash Barriers.”
Hot Dip Galvanization
Hot Dip Galvanizing Process is a technical process for applying zinc coating on iron and steel surfaces to protect against corrosion. The zinc coating firstly protects the base metal by acting as an impervious shield between the metal and the atmosphere and secondly affords sacrificial protection even when moderately sized areas of the base metal surface are exposed.
